Tweaked:

Planar Shift is a one way path of losing your character, as you can't return back to the world.

Banishment cannot cause a creature to permanently stay in another plane.

True Polymorph cannot be Permanent. 

Dunamancy spells from Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount can only be learned naturally by Chronurgy and Graviturgy Wizards and bard, but can be copied into spellbooks or learned through feats.
